- Note*: John Lesher Jr. died intestate. Bond was posted by his widow Barbara Lesher on 21 Oct 1803. One tract of John Lesher's land was sold, a 335 acre tract in Mahantango Twp. to Henry Feather. Another tract of 130 acres in Tulpehocken Township was appraised and assigned to son Samuel Lesher. The eleven children are named in a distribution of the real estate, namely Samuel, Mary intermarried with George Riegle, George, Benjamin, Catharine intermarried with George Weidel, Philip, Barbara, Elizabeth, Margaret, Sally, Christian.3
- Note: On 10 April 1804 Barbara Lesher and John Katherman administrators of the estate of John Lesher the younger late of Berks co yeoman deceased granted to Henry Feather, at the direction of the Orphan's Court and in consideration of 151 pounds money of Pennsylvania, three contiguous tracts in Markheim and Mahantango Townships in Berks Co. containing together 335 acres, being the same lands which John Lesher the elder granted to John Lesher Jr on 21 March 1797. Berks Co Deeds Book 23, p. 182.4
- Note: On 19 March 1807 Samuel Lesher of Tulpehocken Twp. and Elizabeth his wife granted to Jacob Leininger,
in consideration of £180 money of Pennsylvania, a 15 acre tract in Tulpehocken Township.
This was a part of a 130 acre tract patented to Conrad Weiser
who on 17 April 1752 sold it to Leonard Reed
who by his will of 27 July 1761 left it to his five children
who all on 10 April 1782 sold it to Renier? or Francis? Loimich?
who on 30 April 1784 with his wife Elizabeth sold it to John Lesher
who on 31 December 1789 with his wife Catharine granted it to John Lesher
who died intestate
and by virtue of an order of Orphans Court 5 March 1806
the 130 acres were allotted and confirmed to Samuel Lesher.

[This compiler could not find copies of the 1784 and 1789 deeds.]5 - Note: On 21 Mar 1809 eight children of John Lesher Jr or their guardians acknowledged payment from their brother Samuel Lesher for the valuation of real estate and released him from further obligation. They were: George Lesher, Benjamin Lesher, Phillip Lesher by guardian Christian Lesher, Christian Lesher by his guardian Christian Lesher, George Reigel and Maria his wife (late Maria Lesher), George Weidel and Catharine his wife (late Catherine Lesher), Barbara Lesher by her guardian Henry Schrack, Elisabeth Lesher, Peggy Lesher and Sarah Lesher by their guardian Christian Lesher.
