  • Note*: Falls Monthly Meeting Minutes 2nd of 4th mo 1783: "Thomas Bayly hath been guilty of fornication and Deborah his wife (late Atson [sic] ) is in the same circumstance with him, and they also accomplished their marriage by a hireling minister."4
  • Note: Deed 1790: Thomas Bayly of Falls Township, Bucks Co., yeoman, and Deborah his wife on 4th day 11th month 1790 granted to Moses Comfort for £700 a plantation of 139 3/4 acres situated in Falls township, which Thomas Bayly had inherited per the will of his father Edward Bayley dated 24th of 7th month 1778 as residual of a larger tract divided per the will between brothers Edward, William & Thomas. Edward & William made quit claim deeds the next day to more clearly fix the division lines. Also granted was a small piece of about 90 perches.
