    Written 19 Sep 1806 in German, proved 12 Dec 1812.
    All personal property to his wife Catharine.
    All land to his wife during her lifetime. Afterwards to be sold and divided:
    among the children of my brothers George, Henry and Frantz,
    and among the children of my sisters Maria, Catharina Echart, Barbara Adams, Eve Mengel, and Magdalena Hahn,
    and among the step brothers and sisters of my wife to wit John Adam Ruth, Susanna Fisher, Molly Heln, Anna Maria Hehn, and Daniel Ruth.
    Additional bequests to George my brother Henry's son and to Margaret my brother Frantz’s daughter.
    Executors William Adams (son of John) and John Ruth my brother Frantz's son.
