Notes
- Note*: Partition of land of Hermanus Walborn:
On 3 April 1765 by George Walborn and Peter Brua made an agreement to partition the land of Hermanus Walborn, each claimed three sixths. George's three shares were, by deeds, those of George, Michael and Christina. The source of Peter Brua's three shares was unstated and is unclear. He appears to have owned two shares, and had assurances of purchasing one share when some unidentified person came of age. This compiler could not find any more deeds regarding Peter's partition; it appears to have passed through son Henry's estate.3 - Note: Children’s' baptism records at Tulpehocken:

Will, translated of Peter Brua the elder of Tulpehocken Twp Berks Co
Written 14 May 1804, proved 31 Oct 1808
Personal estate to son Henrich, he previously given the plantation. He to pay £300 to three other children: son Peter, daughter Catharine married to Martin Emmert, and children of deceased daughter Regina married to Johans Georg Emrich.
Inventory 22 Nov 1808, £1713.17.3.
Account 10 Jan 1812, balance £924.13.7.5 - Note: Peter's plantation:
Peter's will states that he had given his plantation to son Henry. Henry had paid with bonds due to his father. Henry died in 1810 intestate, without widow or issue. Henry's estate contains a petition requesting partition or valuation of a plantation in Tulpehocken Twp., described as containing 142 3/4ths acres, bounded by lands of Philip Troutman, Michael Liebertz?, Peter Lies, Benjamin Reed and Adam Sheetz. No documents or deeds regarding the sale were found. This compiler speculates that this was Peter Brua's southern partition of Hermanus Walborns' 282 acre tract.6,7
