"Upon the petition of Samuel Himmelreich administrator of Philip Himmelreich late of the borough of Harrisburg township of Susquehanna in the County of Dauphin yeoman deceased at the time of his death who died intestate stating that the said intestate left issue four children Elizabeth intermarried with John Sellers Catharine intermarried with Michael Rupley Samuel the petitioner and Polly and left a widow named Catharine yet living unmarried That the personal estate of the said intestate is insufficient for the payment of his debts...and the said intestate died seized...a plantation...situate in Susquahana Township...about 64 acres. ...Samuel Himmelrich...and Christian Walborn bail each bound...to execute the power of sale..."1
