  • Note: 1682 Aug 28. Memorandum of Deed in Trust. John Snowden to Benjamin Scott and John Hooton, conveys 1/32 of a Propriety except 100 acres for the benefit of John Snowden's wife Anne, in consideration of the marriage of John & Ann Snowden. One of the witnesses is Elizabeth Bretton of the Falls. (NJA 21:399, WJD B:19-20)2,3
