Legacies to mother --------, brother Benjamin, wife and children, sisters Susanna and Abigail, cousin Sarah Fordham, cousin Cox, little cousins Abigail, Ruth, William, Thomas and Robert Fairman (receive house and lot in Burlington), sister Elizabeth Fairman, brother Thomas Fairman, receives land in West Jersey and is made residuary legatee and executor. Witnesses - Hager Slye and Michal Melson. Proved 22 February 1698-9, witness Nelson stating the will was signed by testator about the last day of April, 1689. ..."2
