    William Biles of Co. Bucks Pennsylvania yeoman on 3 February 1709 granted to Samuel Biles son of John Biles of same co. yeoman one sixteenth part of one full or equal undivided hundredth part or whole propriety except 400 acres of western division of New Jersey except 625 acres already taken up. Part of lands sold by William Biles, for William Crouch and James Wasse, to Thomas Hough, who sold part back to William Biles 9 & 10 March 1707.     William Biles of Bucks Co. Pennsylvania merchant granted on 7 July 1709 to William Hall of Salem County New Jersey, in consideration of £600 two full or equal hundredth parts.     William Biles of Bucks County Pennsylvania on 25 September 1716 granted to James Logan of Philadelphia merchant and John Budd of same gentleman, in consideration of £36 money of the province of New York, a tract of 449 acres, within a purchase made by George Willocks from the Indian Nations between the branches of the Harilan [Harrison?] River in Hunterdon County, surveyed on a warrant to William Biles.     James Wasse of Philadelphia apothecary, grandson of James Wasse late citizen of London deceased, and degatee named in his will, granted on 20 August 1726, to William Biles of the Falls Township Bucks County gentleman, in consideration of 5 shillings, a tract containing by computation 4750 acres situated in Cohanzie in Salem County New Jersey beginning on the south east side of a branch of Alloways Creek called the Deep Run a little below the Old Road to Cohanzie, being part of 5000 acres originally surveyed for James Wasse the grandfather.     William Biles of the Falls Township, Bucks Co., Pennsylvania, yeoman on 25 Feb 1731 granted to Joseph Smith of Monmouth Co., Eastern Division of New Jersey yeoman, in consideration of £400, a tract of 500 acres in Cohansie in Co. of Salem in the Western division of the province of West Jersey. Pennsylvania Esq. on 20 Sept 1732 granted to Hugh Dunn of Township of Cohanzie in Co. of Salem yeoman, in consideration of £311 pounds, a tract of 650 acres, part of the land 4750 acres granted by James Wesse of Philadelphia apothecary grandson of James Wasses late of London to William Biles.     Samuel Biles of Nottingham in Burlington County New Jersey, tanner, granted 1 March 1735 to Elizabeth Biles, Hannah Lambert, Achsah Lambert and Margaret Lambert of the same place, in consideration of £31.5 312 acres of land, part of one full sixteenth of one hundredth except 625 acres granted 3 & 4th February 1709 by William Biles to Samuel Biles son of John Biles of Bucks County Pennsylvania yeoman.     Langhorne Biles on 29 November 1750 made five deeds disposing of New Jersey properties inherited from his father William Biles to Isaac Ayres of Cumberland Co. New Jersey, p. 316; Joseph Ayars of Cumberland Co. New Jersey, p. 319; Nathan Ayars of Cumberland Co. New Jersey, p. 321; William Rufield? Russell?, p. 324 & p. 326. These were lands purchased by William Biles from James Wasse in Salem County New Jersey and inherited by Langhorne Biles.
